Make free printable thank you cards with watercolor garden pictures. Pick a card, add a pretty banner that says Thank You, Thank You So Much, or your own words, or leave the banner blank to write on by hand. You can also make birthday, wedding, sympathy, and Christmas cards. Two cards print on one sheet and fold to fit an A2 envelope.

Peony bouquetUse white 65 lb cardstock or heavy paper. Choose Actual size or Scale 100%, not "Fit to page," and turn off headers and footers. Two cards print on each sheet.
Print a sheet of greetings to cut out and stick on with foam tape or foam dots, so they stand up from the card. Uses the banner shape, color, size, and lettering you chose above.
Or print an assortment: a mix of everyday greetings (Thank You, Happy Birthday, With Love, Thinking of You, and more) in all six banner styles, mostly in the Tiny size. It uses your color and lettering.
These free printable thank you cards are made for the little moments: a thank-you for a jar of jam, a birthday gift, a wedding or shower present, a kind teacher, a get-well wish, or a note to say you're thinking of someone. Each card has a watercolor picture from the garden, and the banner lets you make it just right for the person who will open it.
Many of these pictures are the same ones I use on my free printable garden stationery, so your note cards can match your letter paper. For a gift, tuck a card into one of our free printable gift boxes, or add a gift tag.
For a card with a little more dimension, print a Raised greetings sheet (step 4). Cut out the greetings on the smooth gray lines, then stick one to the front of a card with foam tape or 3-D foam dots, sold at craft stores. The greeting stands up from the picture, just like a store-bought card. Choose "No banner" for the card itself so the picture shows in full. Tick "Add message panels" to print panels with writing lines for a raised note inside the card too.
For a little of everything, print an Assortment sheet: Thank You, Happy Birthday, With Love, Thinking of You, Get Well Soon, and more, in all six banner styles. Keep the sheet in your card box, and you will have the right greeting ready whenever you need one.
A thank you card is always welcome after a gift, a dinner invitation, a visit, or a helping hand. Wedding and shower thank you cards are traditionally sent within a few weeks, and a short note is all it takes: name the gift, say how you will use it, and add a warm closing. Children can color a Corner Flowers card and sign their own name, a lovely habit to start young.
A handwritten note is something people keep. A card on the kitchen counter or tucked in a drawer is a small reminder that someone thought of them. The Smithsonian's National Postal Museum has wonderful stories about the letters and cards families have saved over the years.
