Indoor Garden Supplies

Many people use CO2 Systems as part of the indoor gardening supplies. Some will show marked growth when their CO2 supply is replenished by using this system. A timer is normally included with the system so it can be measured for the best growth of the vegetables.

A few guides on raising plants can be handy to have for any questions that may arise. There are many books with easy directions that can help with basic questions for the first time grower.

A sturdy plant table on wheels can be the perfect solution for moving plants around as they are transplanted. This is much easier on the back.

When working with many seedlings and transplanting them to larger pots, a mobile table will help you to move plants around to any part of your indoor gardening area with ease.

Plant Lighting

If your indoor gardening area is short on windows, there are simple solutions.

Plant "grow" lights can be purchased and placed to give your plants the light they need.

Grow lights will ensure that your plants will receive the light needed for the hours needed if you put them on a timer.

Mimicking the daylight and night by timing, these lights can be put on a fixture stand to be placed over tables.

If you really want to simulate the outside world for your plants, there are intelligent plant lights which can be purchased.

These lights have an internal computer and they will simulate the seasons.

They can reproduce the features of the sun for your plants to have the ultimate growing environment.

The adjustable lights have a pebbled base and this enables them to catch water to provide the humidity many plants need.

There is even a moisture sensor available. This will tell you when your plants are getting thirsty.

What other indoor gardening supplies are you going to need? Let's not forget the pots that will be needed for moving plants as they outgrow their starter pots.

An assortment should be purchased as some plants will need larger pots than others. This will depend upon the full growth dimensions of the plant.

Some hand tools such as a trowel and hand rake should round off the list of items you will need for your indoor gardening endeavor.

And keep in mind that you will still have to watch for pests that may like to feed on your plants.

Indoor gardening can be very therapeutic and enjoyable for many people.

Even if you only have a small space to work in, the variety of plants you can start will be amazing!
